With Technopolitan's coorganisation more than 30 presentations were delivered under three sections (education, research and complex cooperation) by experts from 13 countries over the two days. On the plenary sessions over 200 registered participants could listen to the presentations of Prof. László Palkovics, State Secretary for Higher education,of  Ivars Godmanis, former Prime Minister of Latvia, and of Patricia Reilly Expert and Member of Cabinet, Education, Culture, Youth & Sport, European Commission, The Connference was opened by Prof. János Józsa, Rector of BME.

Two implemetations of the DEMOLA model were presented (one from Maribor, by Emilija Stojmenova DUH and one from Budapest, by László Korányi) with great interest.
