Dr. Gábor Felső
Chief Executive Officer
Gábor holds a degree and a PhD in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Budapest and an MBA degree from Heriot-Watt University and the Technical University of Budapest (joint course). He started his career in 1998, when he joined Vivendi Telecom Hungary Rt. (legal predecessor of Invitel Rt.), where he held several managerial positions. In 2004 he joined Herendi Porcelánmanufaktura Rt., where he was a sales director, then, in 2005, he joined Alcatel Távközlési Zrt., where he was a deputy chief commercial officer. Currently he is the CEO of the 4iG Company Group.
László Bacsa
Director of Knowledge and Technology Transfer
László has over a decade of experience in managing technology and knowledge transfer activities at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), focusing on startup and spin-off creation. He is founder and head of Demola-Budapest and senior advisor of Demola Network. He has managed and participated as mentor in several business development and accelerator programs and events (EIB SIT, Imagine Cup Academy, Startup Sauna, AppCampus,etc.).
Bernadett Pólya
Facilitator @ Demola-Budapest
Bernadett is excited about creating new things, creative education and working with widely diverse teams. This combined with her background in business is why open innovation, the dynamic field of tech and working with people is close to her heart. Currently she works as a facilitator at DEMOLA Budapest. Previously she was responsible for the community and communication of the European Entrepreneurship Foundation, lead various courses at the Organisational Behaviour department of the Corvinus University of Budapest and worked as a freelance trainer in various projects all over Europe. Founder of a cool food startup, Four Bites.
György Surek
Facilitator @ Demola-Budapest
Besides that being a facilitator at DEMOLA Budapest he is a co-owner and CTO at FORMA. FORMA is a modern manufactory, creating bespoke premium eyewear, in collaboration with top designers from all around the world. He acted as a lead designer and a product design engineer at couple of promising Hungarian startup companies e.g. ReSoNo, 5L, Optopus. Previously he was holding Intermediate Blender courses and summer workshops at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).
